Brian walked by the house and saw the sign, then he called, went to see the place, woke my up Saturday morning to go see it..done deal. $1150 a month. Doesn't stick (yet), I hope there's no cockroaches, I couldn't care less about mice. Saturday is going to be cleaning day...just to make sure. Gas heat with space heaters in every room. Gas and electric have been called already. This is the first place we looked at. I'm psyched! |
