Vital sounded good, not perfect but good, the mix wasn't incredible but their playing was. That club is a complete shithole but it's got a really really high ceiling. I'm a big fan of baphomet's horns, but I missed their set last night. I hear their playing was good but the mix was not great and everything was muddy for them. Overall there was a pretty good atmosphere in that place, which I approved of. |

| ______________________________________ [Dec 19,2005 11:43am - KeithMutiny ""] We had a great crowd, I couldnt complain in the least bit, everyone was into it and kids were beating the hell out of eachother which is always fun. The bands that played before us all sounded the same (in my opinion) and were all black metal. Incantation started getting boring when all the songs melted together, i think it needs a bit more variety, not bashing them, but after a while it all sounds the same. Vital sounded good, Anthony was rockin a TS shirt, so thats always rad. The crowd started filtering out during Incantation, but i honestly believe its because most of them had had school in the morning, it was a very "young" show, but everyones got start somewhere, right. We got a very positive responce from Incantation, Vital, and the dude from Suffocation that was there, so that made me happy. Incantation asked us about comming up soon and doing a hall show, so no promises, but keep an eye out in the future. |
